Introduction
Someone searching this blog for information on chemtrails was disappointed to find nothing, so here is a lost Art Bell interview with chemtrail researcher Clifford Carnicom who claims that since the early part of 1999, substances have been sprayed in the atmosphere.
My understanding is that the temperature of the atmosphere at different altitudes causes condensation from jets to stick around or not. So, at one altitude a jet would leave a trail, and at another, the trail would evaporate. I would not be surprised if some chemicals are being dumped in the sky.
The solution to pollution is dilution.
Some massive secret weather modification program seems pretty far fetched, but I think, not impossible.
Here’s another lost Art Bell show that never aired, this time with chemtrail researcher Clifford Carnicom.
Title: “Clear Skies or Covert Ops? Unveiling the Chemtrail Mystery”
Host: Art Bell, Guest: Clifford Carnicom, Chemtrail Researcher
[Opening Music]
Art Bell: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to another intriguing episode of “Midnight in the Desert.” I’m your host, Art Bell, and tonight, we delve into a topic that’s been clouded in mystery and controversy for decades: chemtrails. With us is a man who’s dedicated over five years of his life to researching this phenomenon, Clifford Carnicom. Clifford, welcome to the show.
Clifford Carnicom: Thank you, Art. It’s a pleasure to be here and discuss this critical issue with your audience.
Art Bell: Clifford, you’ve produced a documentary that’s become a cornerstone for those questioning the lines in the sky. Can you give us an overview of what led you to investigate chemtrails?
Clifford Carnicom: Absolutely, Art. It all started when I, like many others, noticed these unusual patterns in the sky. They weren’t like the contrails I grew up seeing. These were different; they lingered for hours, sometimes spreading out to form a thin haze. This observation led me down a rabbit hole of research, culminating in the documentary that covers not just the phenomenon itself but the potential reasons behind it.
Art Bell: Fascinating. Now, the official stance is that these are merely contrails, water vapor condensing behind aircraft. Yet, your research suggests otherwise. Can you elaborate on that?
Clifford Carnicom: Of course. While it’s true that contrails are a natural byproduct of aircraft, the patterns and persistence of what we’re calling chemtrails don’t align with the behaviors of typical contrails. Through my research, I’ve found evidence of various substances that could be linked to these trails, including barium, aluminum salts, and even polymer fibers. The question of “why” remains open, with theories ranging from weather modification to more sinister motives.
Art Bell: It’s a topic that certainly stirs the pot. The military, specifically the Air Force, has been accused of being behind this. They’ve cited a paper, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025,” as a fictional representation, not current practice. What’s your take on this?
Clifford Carnicom: That document is indeed intriguing, Art. While it’s presented as speculative, the very notion of controlling the weather raises questions about what technologies are being developed or even tested in secrecy. My stance is that transparency is crucial. If there’s nothing to hide, then a more open dialogue would dispel much of the public’s concern.
Art Bell: Speaking of public concern, there’s been a significant outcry from people all over the world, not just in the United States. Governments and agencies have consistently denied the existence of chemtrails, attributing the phenomenon to persistent contrails. Yet, your documentary and research suggest a global scale operation. How do you reconcile these opposing views?
Clifford Carnicom: It’s a challenge, Art. On one hand, we have official statements and studies from respected agencies. On the other, there’s physical evidence and a growing body of anecdotal reports from citizens worldwide. My goal has always been to bridge this gap with solid research and encourage a fact-based discussion. The discrepancies in official explanations only fuel the need for further investigation.
Art Bell: Indeed, the quest for truth often leads us down paths less traveled. Clifford, what message do you have for our listeners tonight? How can they contribute to this investigation or help bring about the transparency you’re advocating for?
Clifford Carnicom: I encourage everyone to observe, document, and question. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, take note of it. Share your observations, engage with community groups, and keep the conversation going. Public pressure and informed discourse are powerful tools for change. Together, we can seek the answers we deserve.
Art Bell: Clifford Carnicom, thank you for sharing your insights and research with us tonight. It’s a conversation that’s sure to continue as we look up and wonder what’s really happening in our skies.
Clifford Carnicom: Thank you, Art. It’s been an honor.
[Closing Music]
Art Bell: To our listeners, keep your eyes on the skies and your minds open. Until next time, this is Art Bell, wishing you clear skies and clear answers. Goodnight.

Nobody would dump materials into the sky….
A single-shot WORLD “barium” campaign would require twenty million tons of the stuff and require 250,000 flights. It would then need renewal each month.
Don’t you think that might not be a tad expensive in these days of disappearing currencies?
There are cheaper and more planet-friendly ways of doing this.
