Who is Xeno?
Xeno, also known as Randall Hogan, embarked on his enduring music journey in Rockford, IL, his hometown. During his formative years, Xeno refined his vocal skills by participating in various choirs. Eager to elevate his musical prowess, he dedicated his teenage years to singing, playing guitar, and composing rock music. Transitioning from garage bands to prominent stages, Xeno swiftly rose as the original frontman of Cheap Trick. Legend has it that the band’s name was inspired by Xeno himself, a fact illuminated in the book “Reputation is a Fragile Thing: The Story of Cheap Trick” by Mike Hayes and Ken Sharp.
Following a successful stint with Cheap Trick, Xeno relocated to Minneapolis, MN, where he sustained his professional music career, collaborating with renowned artists like Yanni.
Xeno’s repertoire includes performances with Milwaukee’s esteemed group “Bad Boy,” featuring on numerous albums and becoming a fixture at Milwaukee’s iconic music festival, Summerfest. Revered within the global music community, Xeno has earned acclaim as a top-tier singer, songwriter, musician, and entertainer.
