  1. I suggest the movie “Forks over Knives” if one would like to better understand the science behind why eggs are bad. There is also certain proteins in animals products that cause corrosion of arteries over time. Good post!

  2. Talk about synchronicity. I was going to buy an egg poaching pan this evening and start eating whole eggs again after avoiding them for over 20 years because of what I read in Muscle & Fitness magazine for years.

Bodybuilders have long since only eaten egg whites to avoid high cholesterol from yolks, despite the yolk containing as much protein as the albumen, or approx. 3 grammes.

Now I’m just confused and rather suspect foul play!

  3. There must always be a conflicting study somewhere. I recently read a bunch of stuff talking about how good eggs are, and they don’t do all the bad stuff it was claimed they did. I also ramped up my consumption of them because I am weight training. I don’t eat red or white meat, so I need eggs!
