Here is a checklist for daily protection from COVID-19 developed from our latest research.
Generally Recommended to the Public by Official Sources:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Wear a mask that covers both your nose and mouth in public settings.
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Use hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
- Avoid touching your face, especially your mouth, nose, and eyes.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Stay home if you are feeling sick and get tested for COVID-19.
- Avoid large gatherings and stay at least six feet apart from others when in public.
- Avoid indoor spaces with poor ventilation.
- Avoid unnecessary travel and stay at home as much as possible.
- Practice respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing.
- Avoid sharing personal items such as utensils, towels, and bedding.
- Get vaccinated when a vaccine {proven safe and effective} is available to you.
- Follow quarantine and isolation guidelines if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have tested positive for it.
- Maintain a healthy diet and engage in regular exercise to keep your immune system strong.
- Avoid alcohol and tobacco, which can weaken your immune system and compromise your respiratory health.
- Seek medical attention if you experience symptoms such as difficulty breathing, persistent cough, or fever.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and guidelines from public health officials.
- Be patient and kind to yourself and others as we navigate the pandemic together.
- Remember to take care of your mental health and seek support if needed.
My thoughts:
- Get enough and not too much sleep (7.5 hours).
- Morning wake up health diagnostic. Record any symptoms.
- Sterilize bathroom surfaces after use
- Wash hands after cleaning.
- 15 min of stretching, pushups, squats, yoga, etc.
- Check everything in refrigerator, use what will go bad before it does
- Cook, eat breakfast foods that boost immune system
- Take vitamin D to boost immune system.
- Take vitamin C to boost immune system.
- Take B vitamins to boost immune system.
- Take vitamin K to help vitamin D work.
- Take a zinc supplement to stop virus attack of cells.
- Take NAC to boost immune system.
- Take L-lysine to demote virus replication.
- Take boron supplement to boost immune system.
- Clean house and organize. Provides light exercise for lymph flow, immune boost.
- Garden: Grow food, even in jars, pots, etc.
- Breathe some virus killing essential oil vapors for a few minutes.
- Heat nose and lymph glands in neck with hair dryer to improve body’s ability to fight virus.
- Wash hands before meals.
- Check air filter in room to kills viruses
- Business. Check savings, do taxes, fulfill obligations, work, shop online, find a job, etc.
- Food planning. 1 Year of food is 1,095 meals, plus snacks, ~5 gallons of water per day.
- Supply planning. What will run out first?
- Security. Emergency numbers, locks, dogs, neighbor check ins, etc.
- Research. What is the latest info on how to stop the virus? Do masks really work? Etc.
- Wash hands before cooking.
- Check virus killing water filter
- Drink organic green tea.
- Check PPE: mask, eye shield, gloves, paper overalls? Make mask if none.
- Activate each mask with salt. Make saturated salt solution, soak mask in it for 5 min, let dry.
- Socialize. Avoid direct contact with others, minimize contact if unavoidable.
- Laugh to boost NK cells of immune system. Watch something funny, etc.
- Eat lunch, foods low in arginine to discourage virus reproduction and boost immunity.
- Check news to help plan your strategy.
- Run scenarios. What are you ready for? What are you not ready for?
- Do good deeds. Build karma.
- Decontamination area. (DZone) Designate zone by doorway, seal off with plastic sheeting.
- Put on face mask and gloves and/or other PPE kept in DZone.
- Go get mail. Sterilize package outside. Open and sterilize inside including cardboard surfaces.
- Write date on package.
- Let package sit for 4 to 10 days in garage, shed, etc. allowing virus to deactivate.
- Decontaminate clothes, mask and gloves in DZone. E.g. spray w/3% or 1.5% hydrogen peroxide
- Remove mask into air permeable container after sterilizing it, or toss completely.
- Remove gloves, inspect for holes. If intact, reuse plastic or latex gloves.
