It’s 944 MB for Tails 7.6.2. Could have been a one time glitch? I noticed that sometimes Tails seems like it is done when it is not done, so perhaps try again, and just wait until it is 100% obvious that the upgrade is done, beyond when it says it is. Might be worth a try!
